Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Once a refund has been processed, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available.
